Lauren Galarneau is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) with a passion for helping individuals reconnect with themselves, heal from within, and move forward with clarity and confidence. She is the founder and owner of Peaceful Renewal Counseling, a private practice offering holistic and evidence-based care through telehealth in Connecticut and Massachusetts, as well as in-person sessions in South Windsor, CT.
Lauren specializes in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, life transitions, and burnout. Her approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, harm reduction, and somatic-based practices. She provides a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences and create meaningful, sustainable change.
With a deep respect for each person’s individual path, Lauren blends practical strategies with a warm, client-centered presence. Her work focuses on restoring balance, building resilience, and supporting whole-person healing.
Lauren is also certified in Acudetox and offers holistic approaches in sessions as an optional, calming adjunct to therapy.
Kenneth Williams, LPC

Kenneth Williams is a Licensed Professional Counselor providing virtual therapy to clients throughout Connecticut. He works with teens, young adults, and adults, supporting individuals and couples navigating challenges related to substance use, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, and self-care.
Kenneth draws on evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and harm reduction approaches, to help clients foster insight, develop healthier coping strategies, and achieve sustainable progress. He has extensive experience across acute, residential, and outpatient levels of care and is well-versed in supporting clients engaged in Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT).
A graduate of Fordham University, Kenneth brings a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental approach to therapy. He creates a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, strengthen their relationships, and work toward personal growth.
Kenneth offers flexible evening and weekend appointments via telehealth to meet the needs of busy clients seeking accessible, high-quality care.

Kathryn Hall, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping women heal, grow, and thrive. She brings specialized expertise in women’s issues, trauma, and perinatal anxiety and depression, offering clients compassionate and evidence-based care.
Kathryn is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based approach proven to help individuals process trauma and reduce the impact of distressing experiences. Her clinical work emphasizes empowerment, resilience, and sustainable strategies for long-term well-being.
She is especially dedicated to supporting women through life transitions, motherhood, and the unique challenges that arise during the perinatal period. Kathryn provides a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where clients can explore their experiences without judgment and take meaningful steps toward healing.
Kathryn is offering services via telehealth in Connecticut, Tennessee, and Alabama. She works with adults and collaborates with providers to ensure a comprehensive and client-centered approach to care.
